Important Information About the Right of Withdrawal
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the product should be returned in essentially the same condition as when received.
You may inspect and handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Handling or use beyond what is necessary for this purpose may result in a deduction from the refund if the product has decreased in value.
For products that require assembly, we recommend that you do not assemble or use the product if you are considering exercising your right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned safely and carefully packaged, preferably using the original packaging, to protect it during transport.
The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, as stated in our purchase terms and in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) § 25.
